We enjoyed playing the game at a high level, but more importantly we have had a lot of fun along the way. We would like to help the kids that come to our camp become better ball players, but we also want to teach them how much fun this game can be!
Our ball diamond was built in 2010 and began with the installation of the backstop. Our field features a home run fence that stands 200ft from home plate. There is a players bench as well as bleachers for fans. A scoreboard and flag pole were recently added in left field. A portable artificial mound (can be removed for fastball) was constructed for pitching. The most recent addition is our infield that was added in the spring of 2019.
After a successful 2019 summer with more than 70 campers attending, we are ready to make 2020 camps great. Our Camp Leaders have worked with NCCP coaches to design a program that will teach the fundamentals of baseball and fastball in a fun, enjoyable environment. They will also experience country life on the farm and will enjoy the animals, trails, wagon rides, etc..
